Part 1: Remediate Saint Philomena's Convent and Sell It—Completed!
Crews of workmen have already emptied the old convent! They have salvaged as much as could be salvaged, cleaned what was worth saving, and put it into storage. We hope to sell the convent and use the funds to offset the cost of constructing a new home.
Part 2: Design a New Convent
Designing our own convent is the ideal way to address the space crisis. Several of the Sisters have drafted up rough floor plans that have already been submitted to a competent architect. Once we have a finalized the floor plans, we will be presenting these to professional companies for bids.
